"Second visit in two years. Hotel has the perfect location. Room is small but does the job and is modern. Some extra shelving would help for storage though and they need to provide extra towels as the water goes everywhere after a shower"

"Amazing modern rooms and really good size for London. Breakfast was ok. It’s run by the restaurant next door and needs a bit more effort. Tables not cleaned and cleared and when food ran out it took a while to refresh. If breakfast included in room then it’s fine but for £22 extra there is loads of choice in small walking distance"

"I had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the service throughout the stay was excellent. I liked the hotel’s eco-friendly approach to room cleaning. The option to reduce daily cleaning not only support their environment efforts, but also came with a small reward which was a lovely touch. Overall a great experience with excellent service and a thoughtful approach to sustainability. I would happily stay here again."

"It was a nice hotel in a good location close the underground/Tube. Very clean and good pool and breakfast buffet was the highlight . Room was big for Europe for a family of 4 with two queen beds which is not easy to find in Europe. One thing was interesting for me was lacking of the ice machine in the hotel. Maybe this is common in England, but I never seen a hotel with no ice machine in other places."

"Staff were very approachable and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy. We had the premium double room with city view.. very nice view of st Paul's cathedral and the shard. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in this room but there is a fridge; you know this going in so not a problem. It is a small room with a tv but the bed can sit upright as well using a remote so saves space. The toilet and shower are surrounded by frosted glass so you can see the outlines of what your partner is doing but cant actually see anything. I can see from reviews this has bothered people but it's not a big deal if you are comfortable with your partner (as you should be). The hotel was cheaper than a premier inn closer to the family we were visiting so you benefit in that respect. You can get a cup of tea or coffee at reception for a small cost. Breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. The bar serves delicious cocktails and all of the staff were very friendly. Less than 10 minute walk to farringdon station and the station itself gets you to a lot of places around London via the tube. By less than 10 minutes out of the Thames link side of the station, I mean; turn right walk to the end (very short), turn left (at the pub) walk to the cross roads (cross the road), turn right and walk straight and yotel is there. Would definitely stay again."

"I was hesitant to book here but the reviews were so good I took a shot - and boy did it pay off. 10/10 no notes! Brilliant hotel, nice quiet location but stones throw from Fleet St and 2 tube stations. Rooms are compact but very nice to stay in, modern and accommodating. Air-conditioning was a GOD SEND given the heatwave. Staff excellent and attentive. Can't wait to recommend and come back!"
