The property is older and a bit rundown but was pretty clean and functional. It’s a little tired and could use some painting and a few repairs but it was quiet and safe.

Updated room with a great view. Very nice dining room with wonderful view and good food.
Unfortunately the electrical outlets didnt work on 3 of the walls, so no tv or fridge.
The shower looks beautiful but is non functional. There was no shower curtain and no rod for a curtain, so the floor was flooded.

The stuff was really friendly and the breakfast was really good and fresh. The room was clean and the view from the back of the room was amazing. We will be back for sure!

We were surprised how close you are to the intercostal.2 blocks walk and you’re in downtown St Augustine.Nice shopping area close to historic district.Great food options close by.
Staff was very friendly at check in.They explained the property and expectations.Not the Taj Mahal but a nice place to stay.

Large roach in bedroom and drain flies in the bathroom. No spare toilet paper, but maintenance brought some pretty quickly.

Older property but well maintained. Staff was lovely, and location was excellent. Bridge of Lions traffic is awful, but there's another way. Ask about it.
