"The beauty of the hotel is it’s age and decor. Old in style, but very clean. We had a large Crown Double room overlooking the heath (we always do). Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice and plentiful."

"There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property down"

Kettle was always leaking when pouring, hot water every where. The staff could look better if they wore trousers rather than jeans. Especially in the restaurant."
