Washrooms were not clean had a very wired smell, no room service till 9 30 in morning... over-all experience is not good

great hotel
Posted 12 Apr 2018 on Hotelsit was a great stay. the chef was very kind to cook food as per our requirements and preferences. The hotel staff was very courteous and warm and took care of all our needs, sometimes even without asking. They understand your needs well and then adapt their work around that. amazing stay. the hotel is very close to the famous tulip garden and the views of Dal lake are to die for.
