Check in nur per Computer, keine Ansprechperson, keine Informationen erhalten, Restaurant und Hotellouge war geschlossen. Da es dort wenige Lokal gibt mussten wir weit zum nächsten Restaurant fahren. Keine Glühbirne in einer Lampe, Matratzen unter dem Bettlaken schmutzig. Bad nach Duschen überflutet, keine funktionierende Dichtung. Frühstück gut bis auf das Teewasser, in welchem Schmutz war, anscheinend keine saubere Kanne.
Lage des Hotel war schön, Pluspunkt für die Fliegennetze, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und Hotel, kostenloses Aufladen für Tesla. Auto. Insgesamt gut für den Preis, jedoch leider die beschriebenen Mängel.

We had booked one night stay via Expedia in dale- gudbrandsgard hotel . At the website was written : you will be welcomed at the reception , the person will welcome you. Instead a computer was obliged for check in. WiFi code was only available after our complaint via emailing Expedia. The lobby , reception area , sitting all closed. The restaurant would be opened at 7 pm. Unfortunately nobody was there, no dinner possible so we had to drive to Ringebu for dinner elsewhere. So our conclusion : almost all the information was outdated and the expectations could not be fulfilled . Our advice : update the information correctly! Hans en Tresa
