We enjoyed everything custom service was amazing kids really enjoyed the pool rooms were clean pool area was clean beds were ok the only 1 little thing we didn’t like was our pillows were very uncomfortable

We loved our stay here. Rooms were clean. Kids loved the water slide.

This was the worst stay I have had in Canada. There was a school party staying in the hotel and they were extremely loud. This was from 7pm to gone 10pm. Our room was close to the pool area and we had to put up with screaming , yelling and shouting all evening in the corridors and pool area. Despite complaining to staff 3 times there was no improvement. We had a 4 year old they kept waking up. My room was also next to the laundry and I had to put up with noise from that all night too. I would suggest you don’t use these rooms if you can’t control noise in that area. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!!

Hello Helen, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry about your recent experience. We are typically a very quiet hotel, so this is not typical feedback. We do host school groups from time to time and we did recieve your noise complaints - all before 10pm. We acted on your noise complaints and we had no further issues from 10pm til the next morning. So my team did communicate with the group leader and action was taken. The laundry stops operation well before then, but if you are going to bed early with a 4 year old, I understand it could be disruptive. We could have moved your room if requested. When we asked you how your stay was, the front desk were told it was fine, once the noise stopped. We are a very busy hotel and host groups of all ages from around the world. We have quiet hours in the hotel from 10pm to 8am which we do and did enforce. Please request a quiet room in the future if you have a 4 year old going to bed early. I am sorry we wil not be welcomeing you back, your experience is not the norm and we will always look for improvements. All the best!

I liked having a separate area to watch TV aside from where the bedroom was.
Bed was comfortable
