Expedía never let me to cancel the reservation I did never step in to the hotel

Ceilting in shower was open and showed signs of leaking in the past. For the money it costs to stay you would like not to see water damage. Room was clean otherwise and comfortable.

I like this property because it easy to get to it. Right by the freeway. Shopping center 5 mins away. Dog friendly.

Staff was very nice. The landscaping, pool areas were unkempt. There were a lot of weeds outside in the front of the hotel and alot of weeds around the pool area. It looked like no one cared. The bathroom looked tired/worn. Window sills had a layer of dust. The reason I am listing these things is that we are paying a lot of money for a less than pristine property. Everything should be in top notch condition.
