We stayed 2 and 1/2 for a DC trip and the location was perfect! Many things near by and qw had a comfortable stay.

Only one of the parking lots was well lit. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Our room was one queen with a sofa bed. The placement of the tv was odd because the person who slept on that side of the bed had to make sure they didn’t hit the corner of the cabinet when entering or leaving the bed.

The property was clean and fairly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress could be upgraded and the water warmer in the shower.

Room was pretty small but overall we had good time. Outdoor pool was not opened.

Linens changed once in 5 days - duty/stain linen - parking fee and parking lot is a dump - repainted multiple time - doors and frames are generally in poor shape - housing staff can’t be relied on to fill any request- paper thin walls and ceiling- as long term Marriott club member, this is worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at - no other has ever been anything like this - front desk was helpful but constantly apologizing for problems- actually to sum up - stunningly unbelievable for a Marriott property

First in foremost the description of the property verses what i saw in person was absolutely false. The hotel is not updated at all. 1st night - found ants in 1 of the bed rooms, bathroom not cleaned . 2nd night- ants in the kitchen and the bathroom called the manager which she was very apologetic and gave us the option to change rooms which we did. 3rd night- my nephew found ants in one of the bedrooms in the bed. Looks as if the housekeepers just spray the bathroom but are not scrub the bathroom down. 4th night - we opted to wash our clothing before the flight....literally 3 washing machines to 13 dryers....they are old and only take coins...and get this the night clerk valled the general manager in order to get us change for washing our clothes and she sent her to voicemail did not pick up. Like what if it was a fire and you didn't answer your phone and this is your hotel!!!!!! The night clerk sandy hope im not spelling that wrong and the manager were the highlight because they really were apologetic to the needs of my family...but after having to switch rooms twice and still found insects in both ...i would never recommend this hotel to any guest. The general manager should be ashamed of herself for leaving her employees to handle the problems she should be handling.
