Sheets were dirty for the fold out bed and the Television Volume did not work.

This was our favorite hotel on a 4 day trip and then back home. Not only was it a nice place but the staff was especially friendly and made us feel very at home.

Great location easy access just a few minute drive to all the Springfield Attractions, pool was open and shallow (ie perfect for my young family). Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Compared to your Super 9 in Gilman your property is a 10. There's is a 4 for a similar price.

Not clean and smells very Smokey even though it's a non smoking property. Floors have dog hairs still on them

It was a great value, very clean, and the staff were respectful and helpful. Noisy at night, but there were a lot of young people on my floor.

Room initially smelled, but after running the air conditioner, things appeared to clean up quickly.
