Dirty, dingy and dated. The toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and there was dirt and grime along the bathroom all and a ring of grey grime around the tube. There were smears of something on the walls and door. The whole place was in very poor repair. Probably the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in ever! I didn't even bother asking to switch rooms as its clear this is the typical standard of the rooms and after reading reviews I was afraid I'd get a worse room with dead bugs! I did inspect the bed and the sheets appeared clean. You can't just change the sheets though, you have to wipe down all surfaces and ensure everything is clean. I am going to email corporate and ask for a refund, its disgusting and ridiculous to pay $150 a night for a dump like this! Also, its a drive-up motel in a sketchy hood, not a motel!

Overall no elevator. Pungent overpowering odor in hallway and room. Inescapable. Dated decor. Parking lot level rooms basically a motel.

I could not make it.
They refused to accommodate me.
Expedia tried to mediate, they were very uncooperative.
I, nor my team of 200 will consider them in the future.
Trial run.
They failed miserably.
Go with Hilton Garden by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
We are here now having a blast.
