For the amount of money we spent, we expected a better room knowing the area and other hotels around. We were on the ground level and once we got off of the elevator it was hot and stuffy in the hall. The room wasn’t any better with a musty smell. With a half way working AC until, stained bed comforters, chocolate covered light bulb, bathroom walls with holes in them and it looked like the bathroom walls were ready to fall apart from moisture, the hotel needs some major updates and maintenance.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Three restaurants right next door including Ruby Tuesday and a good BBQ place. Very convenient location to services and close to the exit. Front desk staff lacked the ability to answer simple question about parking ( we had 2 vehicles, including one w a small trailer). They didn’t mention our room was a floor below the main floor - there were No hallway signs guiding room locations. A rather frustrating start to our stay after a long day of driving. Breakfast was good and the staff member lept the atea clean

Hot tub wasn't working, pool was cool, says it's a heated pool, lot of stuff in the pool, breakfast wasn't maintained

The pool and hot tub are not working, the WiFi doesn’t work, the beds are like sleeping on a park bench. I’m extremely disappointed we were not notified of the pool not working so my kids are upset and now they can’t even play with their tablets due to no WiFi
