Wasn’t told ahead of time that they changed ownership and were under serious renovations causing a lot of inconvenience. Laundry facility wasn’t available, housekeeping was poor. Bathroom supplies were low in stock. Had to ask for soap and toilet paper repeatedly.

We loved our stay at the lodge! Easy walk to the shuttle bus into Zion as well as cute restaurants and shops in Springdale. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us multiple times - they put our cooler ice packs in a freezer for us, turned the pool sprinklers on for the kids, and helped us print a document we needed to enter the park. The breakfast was above average too. All in all, a great experience!

This is a great location for accessing Zion NP. There is an e-bike rental company next door and we loved using those see the park. The room was far too dark, no overhead light and the lamps all had low wattage bulbs making it difficult to read literature.

The property is still undergoing remodeling, but the room was nice, breakfast was good especially the little breakfast quiches, and the front desk staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful regarding the area and places to eat.
We will definitely return.

I’m very unimpressed with room , service to price ratio. We payed for May 24-28 and stayed in 606. I have to say we payed more than $550 per night. The rooms didn’t include phone, no trash can ( despite asking room service ), the shampoo and body wash was not refilled and rooms were small for the price we paid. Breakfast was the same everyday and there was construction going on with noise around the property

The property is very well kept, but they were renovating rooms in the next building leading to noise and strong odors.

When making reservations the pictures we saw online were beautiful .The staff was 👏! Breakfast was good. Due to construction, we were given a room on the backside so we had no view of canyon, (which would have been great, we love to have coffee late in afternoon, & sit on porch & enjoy outside surroundings). The named had changed & was alittle hard to find. We were able to walk so the location was great. We ate @ Wild Thyme Cafe @ Trees Ranch, absolutely gorgeous place! Service fantastic! We came into Zion Nat. Pk from the East side ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS DRIVE! I know once yall get thru with renovations it will be beautiful. Overall it was a very warming & charming place. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable. Even in the midst of renovations I would recommend this place. Gorgeous surroundings. Again Thank you. The Odom's from Geogia!
