What a gem! The property was beautifully landscaped with outdoor, park-like seating available. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I even received a phone call after checkout to inform me of belongings I'd left behind. The room felt more like a room at a Bed and Breakfast rather than a hotel. I will definitely stay here in the future when traveling to Springdale.

Weather delayed my flight in by a day and they didn't hesitate to cancel my first night, even though notification was late--THAT is the customer service I wish all hotels had. Besides that, it was quiet, bed was really comfortable and I'd definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

The concept of transforming an Old Mill into an Inn intrigued us. The room is spacious and clean. The morning breakfast could be much better - feels a little like they went to Costco and served up - an espresso machine and home cooked food would improve the Inn. Having access to the gym across the street was a huge bonus - much better than any hotel gym.

Beautiful historic property with lovely landscaping and water features; we really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The hotel is very convenient to multiple dining options and places of interest. My only complaint was the noisy guests above us, but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel. The property could use some updating, but we were very satisfied and will return in the future.

Really charming property with kind staff, in a safe quiet area. Cleaning could use some improvement though. The rooms need a true deep clean. There were dried red stains on the trim around the bathroom door that we reallly hope wasn’t blood. Light fixtures were missing so bulbs were hanging from open holes in the ceiling, and it doesn’t seem like the rooms are kept up with. Also bring an extension cord because the outlets on one side of the bed won’t work unless the light switch is turned on, which also turns on a wall light… so no charging the phone if you need it beside you. For one night it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here for multiple nights. For $200 a night, the room should be much cleaner and kept up with.

The historic mill is so well preserved and the waterways all around the buildings are so soothing!
