We had a great time for our first visit to Springdale. Natalie did a wonderful job accommodating us. Highly recommend.

Hidden rules and hidden charges which you will only know after check in/out.
No room service.
Bathroom was smelling and after checking at front desk i got to know there will be no room service for 2 days of stay.
Zion area was awesome but Hampton hotel experience ruined our 2 days.. I should have booked Holiday Inn right next to it, in Green river i had good experience with this hotel not like Hampton Inn
