Hotel tries to upsell everything. Already expensive so better to spend a bit more and stay at Rimrock or Fairmont. Nice property, service mediocre at best.

The hotel was nice but for the price we found the staff could have been nicer.

My goodness. I think this hotel is one of my Top 5 favorite rooms in the world! We were kindly upgraded to a mountain view room by Natalie upon check in who was super kind and gracious. Let me just say, pay for the mountain view. You will not regret it and it’s worth every penny! We stayed in room 420 which was the highest floor and couldn’t have been better. The balcony was wonderful and overlooked the heated pool which my family got to enjoy without anyone else around. It was like our private pool and view of the 3 Sisters! We also had the softest robe and slippers. We took the slippers to use on the rest of our trip in Canada which certainly came in handy. If you are in Canmore, there isn’t a better hotel to stay at and if you aren’t in Canmore, it’s worth visiting just to stay at this beautiful, dreamy property.
