This a pleasant hotel in a fantastic location in Spoleto. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast made for a good start to the day.

Mixed bag
Posted 1 Dec 2022 on HotelsCentral location. Free parking nearby - hotel provided a card to display as the parking is restricted. Breakfast consist of a single croissant, jam, plain yoghurt and coffee. Rooms are outdated and bathroom is small.

Positives: excellent location, good restaurant, nice bed. Negatives: poor internet - needs an amplifier - tiny shower, place needs a good cleaning and update.

The Panciolle hotel and restaurant is a very nice site. Very close to the Duomo and Rocca with a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view on the entire Spoletum valley.
At the restaurant you find the real umbrian cooking, so delicious!
Familiar management but the service offered is excellent and complete. Absolutely competitive the price!

The property needs refurbishment. In the bathroom the shower was next to the toilet - no separation. The water spreads across the floor. Both the bed and pillows were rock hard. The 'breakfast' was not worth going down to eat. I bought fresh croissants in the supermarket. The property is easy to find and convenient for local places of interest. The manager is pleasant.

Buonasera, la ringrazio per aver lasciato un suo giudizio sul quale siamo pienamente d'accordo sulla necessità di una ristrutturazione dei servizi di tutte le camere ma i recenti eventi pandemici ce lo hanno impedito. Le colazione è quella che si trova normalmente in un hotel a 2 stelle (compresa nel prezzo) italiano dove si offre caffè espresso quanti ne vuole, cappuccino con ogni tipo di latte, cornetti (a me molto graditi) fette biscottate , yogurt, marmellatine, cereali e quant'altro si possa richiedere. grazie per il "Simpatico" ma uscire dall'hotel ed avere a potata di mano tutti i monumenti di Spoleto l'ha gradito? Alla prossima
