It took a long time to check in because they had our last name and first name reversed. It appeared as though they may have upgraded us when they figured it out. There was a huge group of kids there whom left trash in the hallways and elevators, pulled the fire alarm, and ran the hallways while yelling. If it weren’t for them, the hotel would get a better rating.

Very excellent hotel. Staff was very attentive. Will we be staying here from here on out every time we return to Spokane

Easy access to downtown Spokane. Not very charming though. Facility fees felt steep and unnecessary. No swimming pool, which was a huge disappointment. If you have kids, try somewhere else.

The entrance is stunning with extremely friendly staff.
The room is very accommodating while being stylish and fresh.
