The staff: desk clerk, housekeepers and shuttle drivers are friendly and available to answer a travelers questions about the area.

The checkin person was not friendly or very helpful. Room door stuck and didnt shut well. Walls were thin and you could hear everything going on in the next room. Check out person was very nice.
