I appreciated how comfortable the bed was. The walls were pretty thin, we could hear everything going on outside our room, but luckily we both fall asleep easily. The breakfast was sad, only cereal, some pastries and waffles... we went out for breakfast instead. The staff was very helpful, 10/10. All in all it was sufficient for our needs for the weekend.

The room was very nice overall. However there was only one chair to sit in and it was worn out with missing upholstery - need two chairs. The bathroom and bed was excellent.

The hotel was conveniently located to walk to the Riverfront but felt a little unsafe, as was in a poorer area. The hotel staff were lovely but the noise from the traffic was so loud as was the neighboring room, you could hear their conversation and TV through the walls. Slept fitfully with the extractor fan on in the bathroom to mask the noise from the neighbours. Breakfast was good, reasonable choice and plenty of it. Had it not been for the noise I would stay again

Staff was great. They have under ground parking which is nice because the area around the hotel is not the safest.

Staff were friendly and courteous, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very convenient with easy access from and to I-90. Thank you!
