Great spot and centrally located! Came during high season and of course it was busy. If you don’t mind the hustle and bustle of the promenade, this is the spot for you! Amazing view from the room!!!!! It was hot but the AC in the room did it’s magic to cool is off.

I had a terrible experience with this property and the agent that managed this property was extremely rude.
I booked this small apartment and my son and daughter in law booked a larger apartment nearby, both through Expedia. At night, my son and daughter in law accompanied me back to my room for safety reasons, and then left in several minutes. This property management company (the Golden Leaf Property) accused us 3 people sleeping in the small room , and forced me to leave the apartment in one hour while we were away. They refused to provide evidence and even entered the room and threw my luggage out of the apartment. This is extremely terrible and our whole trip was ruined by them.

We are only able to answer to your accusations and apply for the removal of your opinion and we will do our best to clarify the situation to our potential future guests.
All stated above from our guest is simply a "revenge review" we expected as we had the opportunity to experience your fraudulent behavior and suffered large damage by your stay.
Of course we have presented you with a video of all incidents you have caused in our accommodations hallway.
It was possible to see all of the people coming in and out of your accommodation during the night when you caused all of our neighbors to call us begging us to stop your rampage.
Only after receiving the confirmation from the police department, that we are completely legally protected if we do it, we have notified you that your stay with us is no longer possible.
Then we were able to learn about your previous incidents when traveling around the world and were happy that your stay brought us only so small quantity of problems as your other victims were a lot less lucky...
We received a message from Expedia telling us to guests were unhappy with the cleanliness of the room and also the lack of towels and wanted a refund. We knew that this was a completely incorrect and made up accusation.
We kindly ask our potential guests to do a short research about this property and our company to learn that we are decent and highly professional vacation property management company that only may help to make your stay in Split memorable.

Absolutely perfect! Free water is unheard of in europe but they also included other beverages, chocolates and the coffee display was amazing.
Perfect location, beautiful and spacious room. The only thing I’d add is an ironing board. To anyone staying in Split, choose this place!
