Very nice family run accommodations. The room was spotless and the breakfast in the morning was lovely in the quiet outdoor terrace. What a find!

Great location, easy to walk to places of interest. Very helpful staff, nice room and good breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more, although parking is a little tricky.

The staff were very helpful in guiding us to the car park as it was located some 5 minutes away. The B&B was nice but after a long day driving just wanted to relax and watch some TV, which did not work (and apparel had not been tuned in for some weeks). The location is good and only a short walk to the port.

Liked: cleanliness, in quiet area, lovely bathroom, comfortable bed.
Lack of guest care made us cross:
* Safe was impossible and we were blamed for this
* Complimentary bottle of wine meant we had to ask for it and not given one automatically. We then fought to be given two quarter bottles (not one quarter bottle as then offered) of what turned out to be undrinkable wine. We expected a normal sized bottle of drinkable wine, as per our hotel in Dubrovnik
* We had to pre-order breakfast at a specified time, then we were presented with a cooked breakfast, the moment we sat down and not asked when we were ready

Dear Mr Stuart,thank you once again for staying with us.It is really sad to hear that we don't care about our guests because we treat our guests as family and that is what our guests appreciate and mention in our reviews. About the safe: there was a mistake with your password and we fixed it immediatelly when you told us you had a problem, we are truly sorry about that but you were able to use it during your stay. Complimentary bottle of wine is something that is given as a welcome drink only to special expedia guests and we are sorry you weren't happy with it but we never had a problem with free wine from our guests.Our breakfast is served partly from a buffet and partly from a menu where you mark when you want to have your breakfast. We do that so you can have hot eggs and fresh food. When you sat down for breakfast, we served hot meal for you and it was really unpleasant to hear that it was pre cooked..we don't do things like that .I think our reviews show how we do our job and how we treat our guests.
