"This was our second stay at the Clermont. We chose the Clermont Victoria because of its location near the tube and train station as well as walkable to nearby activities. The rooms were clean and the snack and refreshments replenished daily. There are areas of the hotel which will require some maintenance in the near future. The sixth floor window near elevator: Separation of drywall from frame length of window. Looks like the paint in the room was touched up but two different wall colors. Would I stay there again. Absolutely because of the staff being friendly and helpful."

"Room was spacious, and comfortable. Shower had lots of pressure. Great location to access theatre and popular sites. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room could use some refreshing. Had an issue being charged for breakfasts that we didn’t have, but the staff reimbursed our card that was held on deposit. Would stay there again."

"SUPER LOCATION!! The room was a little tight, two sides of the King bed were against the corner of the room BUT it was a KING bed. You're in the room so little traveling that was not a huge issue. The location to the sites, Westminster, Big Ben, the Eye, Changing of the guard, Buckingham, could not be beat. Pubs close, access to the River and water UBER, try it, so amazing. Would definitely book again."
