"Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating. "

"Room was upgraded and ever need was met. Cannot fault all staff. My partner mentioned if any slight view was to be mentioned it would be the breakfast plates were not warmed and the fried eggs were left baking in the server so were like rubber…however the waitress was happy to have fresh cooked."

"The room was very clean and we received a mini fridge within 10 minutes of our request. All of the staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful! The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays and displayed a comfortable ambience. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to London. "

"Beautiful hotel rooms are so nice and luxurious. The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room. Also be aware that the bar area is closed Staff were really good and helpful in every area. "

"Spacious room with fridge, microwave and sink, spacious shower room. Quiet, modern, clean and reasonably priced for the location. Would stay again "
