I reserved a 2queen bed room When we got there this afternoon, he said the room was on second floor. I asked where the elevator was located and he said they didn’t have one. My sister uses a walker and cannot navigate stairs, so we had to find a different motel. No where in your hotel Information does it say that the motel does not have an elevator. Very disappointing.

Chose this location since it had a hot tub. Wasn’t in service kind of a bummer. Lots of noise all hours of the nights people running down the hall ways. Front desk let it happen. Other than this it’s a convent location.
