Got to the hotel late and the lady who checked me in was not the nicest. I requested a room on the bottom floor with a door because of the excessive stuff we had to carry in, and my son injured his foot the night before our trip with a bad sprain. She asked if I had a pet with me, and I responded with no. I was then told that the bottom floors were all booked up. The worst part of it all was there were no elevators at all! Additionally, our air only worked half the time. We had to keep unplugging and plugging it in.

Yes, unfortunately we do not always have rooms on the ground floor. Always call the hotel directly after you make reservations and request a ground floor room and we can try and accommodate you.

Breakfast was terrible. It absolutely was not as advertised. It is shameful to advertise and call it breakfast.
