Staff waited for me at the airport when my luggage was delayed nearly an hour, which was nearly midnight. My room was upgraded for free to a family room (I was alone) I'm used to international travel, and I have realistic expectations, I think, when booking less expensive hotels. It was clean, the bed I used was quite comfortable, the property was as in photos (not a nice neighborhood, but it was fenced), my breakfast was just as nice as other hotels, I'd visited that week. The ride back to the airport the next morning was punctual. The down side was that they could use an exterminator. I had a hard time relaxing and falling to sleep after finding and killing numerous insects on the floor and walls.

The shower was not working properly. The water was hot and cold and barely any pressure.

The owner & staff were very friendly & helpful.
They were very kind as they picked us up at the airport and drove us back in the early morning. My daughter & I took a taxi to the beach to eat and shop & back to the hotel for about $5 Euro each way with no issues at all.

AC didnt work properly in the room and the smell of humidity was not pleasant

The only problem was the AC doesn’t work properly and in the shuttle doesn’t work at all. But we got free transport to the restaurant and back

Awesome staff. I got lost on a run and the owner personally came to pick me up. Great breakfast. Free shuttle to airport.
