I called ahead of time to see how early I would be able to check in due to being in town for a funeral. The receptionist had an attitude not friendly or welcoming at all.. Upon arriving my husband went in to check in and that same receptionist told my that she told me already that there was no early check-in. But gave him the keys anyway... As far as the room it was clean but, the rugs where dirty and there was no sheets for the pull out bed. I then called downstairs to ask for sheets the same receptionist was rude again and said to just come downstairs and get them.. We really tried to spend as little time there as possible and could not wait to check out...

The room beside us had a dog and two adults who kept me up all night. They were constantly slamming doors, the dog would bark every time the came and went. They were very loud people. We stayed in room 102.

Beds too high with no footstool Bathroom cleaning chemicals not rinses from surfaces Sleeper couch had no linens Breakfast buffet employee does an exceptional job.
