"Great hotel to stay for families, really close to Universal Studios. They provided a shuttle to Universal Studios. Kids really loved walking in the garden. Staff was friendly."

"The room is small but it reflects on the pricing, so no complaint. It’s near the JR station but walking distance 10mins to the train & metro, so it’s not that convenient to us. Staff was helpful for checkin in unless it’s e-check in but a lot guests at 3pm, suggests to check in at 4pm that would be less people around. "

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."

"Stayed here as the last hotel of our trip and it was an absolute dream. My favorite part of every day in Osaka was stopping at the Lawsons 25ft from the hotel and getting snacks to eat in bed watching anime and looking out the windows to see the whole city glowing at night. Such a dream."

"This is the king of all onsesns in Japan that you get to use for free anytime while staying at the property. There are a few rules like no shoes at all in the entire place, but once you learn them it's all good. The area is great in the heart of shinsekai with dozens of options to eat. I have just booked another stay since I liked it so much. Oh and the breakfast and the gym are really good too."

"Great location!! Lots of restaurants, stores and attractions nearby! Polite and efficient staff. Hearty breakfast. The beds are a little stiff, so of you have a sore back, etc, may not be your best option. But its a great hotel for short stays and you have everything you need. Thank you for the no-charge locker services! It allowed us to take a stroll in the park in the morning without our backpacks. "
