"Overall it was exactly as expected and advertised, breakfast was a little on the pricy side, but came with a view. Would stay again. This was our first stay at a APA hotel and for a self checkin/checkout property the staff was super helpful/accommodating to everything."

"The hotel is at a prime tourist location, super close to the park, Nipponbashi and other shopping districts. There are many dining options and it is right next to the metro, making it convenient for travel. Staff is super friendly! I do appreciated the amenities of the spacious sauna and hot spring and the convenience of shared microwave, disposable utensils/plateware and in room kettle and fridge. They also have daily activities and happy hour. Bed was a little too stiff for my Western standards but firm beds seem to be the norm? Room was a little stuffy, didn’t see a control button for AC or heater but I was fine overall"

"Convent location-shopping, eating, transportation hub. Direct bus to Itami airport. JR station Haruka train to Kansi airport. Subway station nearby. Solo room spacious - can open med size luggage. Breakfast is good- variety, tasty. "

"The hotel was clean. The room is very small. The location is by the subway, which you can hear throughout the day and night. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. Everyone was friendly but there was a lot of homeless people around."
