As good as ever. Great rooms, Spotless and comfortable. An elegant hotel. They've had an ongoing problem with not having a chef but that's about to change they tell me. Remains my go to hotel for Spa

Poor experience, and poor value.

This hotel unfairly tries to extract money from you at every opportunity. Firstly, they advertise they they have an indoor pool, but they don’t mention that it costs €17 per person per day to use it, though this does include the sauna and hamman. If you don’t have inclusive breakfast it costs a huge €21 per person per day. There is a room service “cool” breakfast available at €7 per person plus a €7 tray charge. This seems reasonable until you go to check out and they charge you the €21 on top. This is not mentioned on the in-room breakfast menu card, so breakfast for two people ended up costing an outrageous €63, which is very poor value. The rooms are tired, and there was a rip in the net curtain and stains on the pillow, plus a near rip in the duvet cover and a cracked sink in the bathroom. As others have mentioned, even though we booked a room with a king size bed the booking was made with 2 single beds. Fortunately the hotel had spare available king rooms. Half of the car park was taped off for no apparent reason, leaving it short of spaces once all guests had arrived. Service is patchy. Some staff were good, but others hopeless. All in all, not a good experience. We won’t be going back!

Restaurant was closed due to lack of having a chef! Breakfast was below average.. breakfast hot food was not hot.. coffee machine not working properly which caused a long line just for coffee.. the kettle in room was dirty, unable to use.. the bar was not attended, so not able to offer a drink to my friends.. and room was pretty dusty

Very disappointing experience - never again! Unfriendly, incompetent staff, lousy service and hidden information about extra fees for the wellness/pool and gym. No additional towels provided. Not children/family friendly: restricted pool times (in the late evening and early morning only) and full price for the breakfast for the little ones (21 EUR) - and very dangerous esp. for babies: the windows in our room were very low but had no railings and could only be opened completely-unbelievable!!!

Overall a very disappointing stay, especially given the Radisson Blu name. Upon check in, we were notified the hotel restaurant was closed, without prior warning of this. However, other guests were served food from the kitchens. Upon enquiring about this, only then were we informed food could be available upon request. Having not been told about this, it was very frustrating, especially considering the limited options for good quality, affordable restaurants in Spa. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room did not function and made the evenings very uncomfortable. Finally, the service from the bar staff was poor. A staff member was unable to make a hot chocolate as the milk steamer was broken. This is disappointing, especially since coffee machines were available in the bar which dispensed hot milk… The experience of the hotel didn’t meet my expectations unfortunately and I would not recommend this to fellow travellers

That is why it was closed but all of our customers must be informed one week before the arrival and I apologize you were not.We are actually facing an air conditioning problem but our technician is working on it the best as he can. However, our reception is available 24/7 and at your disposal for any inquiries. Reception could have brought you a small AC in your room on demand. Finally, we will investigate about the bar staff you are talking about because it is one of our most motivation to serve our guests the best way as we can.
