They are very rude and mad all the time. They have no understanding of what customer service is, we stayed one night and left. I come to Sovata 3-5 times a year and they won’t be seeing us again. Crystal Hotel is the best.

Clean, efficient and friendly. The only issue it has 2 elevators for 6 floors or 7 floors. Tip: stay at 3rd floor so you can get good views AND walk up the steps as needed. Pools might need some refreshing and maybe to be made bigger. Otherwise a good stay.
