The Good: Close to public transit LRT, within walking distance of several breweries, although is a bit of a hike for some and several larger chain stores, property is clean, has good staff and good amenities and breakfast selection.
The Bad: The Bathroom is a bit small in the room, and egg disks instead of proper eggs at the continental breakfast but both are minor complaints barely worth mentioning. McLeod trail is basically a highway and not the most walk-able and the side streets nearby don't quite connect the way you'd expect them to.
The Ugly: The ugliest thing on this trip were the performance of my visiting sports teams. This is a solid place to stay in Calgary, especially if you got a rental car.

Loved my stay here, this place is close to transit, and has a Tim Hortons nearby too! Also has restaurants close by. The room was large and clean, zero disturbance. The breakfast was fantastic, rarely seen such a good menu elsewhere in Canada.
Just a few things that I wanted to mention here:
The bathroom door did not open all the way because it was being blocked by the toilet seat.
Secondly, someone cleaned my room even though I didn’t leave a sign outside my door. I had left my luggage open because I didn’t think someone would come in and clean in my absence. Please respect the wishes of your guests. Otherwise all was good, will stay here again if I come back to Calgary
