Well kept hotel with an indoor pool and hot tub. Terrace where you can eat breakfast outside and get your morning sun. The staff was helpful when I left something of value behind. They retrieved it from the room immediately. Great breakfast with gluten free muffins and great coffee.
Rooms need better lighting in the bathroom. Difficult to put makeup on in the light provided. Every hotel fails on this point. They don't consider women in the design.
If housekeeping isn't going to come in every day they need to leave enough makeup remover wipes to cover the whole stay.
I don't like the no housekeeping approach.

The hotel itself was fine. The lobby and breakfast area was clean and comfortable. The pool was stifling hot and humid though. Breakfast was good and a lot of healthy choices compared to other places we stayed. Our room was a standard king and again, compared to other places we’ve stayed, it was small and compact but it was clean. Our room heater was very, very noisy! The daytime staff were friendly but the nighttime staff person was not very friendly. She was efficient and kept things running smoothly, but it would have been nice to feel welcomed and be greeted with a smile and a hello. Despite the issues listed, we’d probably stay there again if the price was good.
