In particular i found the staff - at reception and at breakfast - first rate. Friendly and helpful.

Great hotel, but more of a very good 4* than 5*, especially having stayed at other small luxury hotel group hotels, which had better service (eg welcome drink) and better decor in the rooms. Overall good stay, with pleasant rooms and good location. Unlimited soft drinks in mini bar a plus.

I stayed in one of the suites ~ the old headmasters office which had charming wood paneling. The bathtub was amazing and the staff was kind, prompt and helpful.
The best Cosy Classroom room is next to the suite. Incredible views of a skyscraper.
The extensive Indian breakfast was divine. They served Idli & Uttapam, if you’re a fan and it can mixed with a western breakfast as well. Location was very central with the London Bridge stop 4 minutes walk.

Absolutely beautiful building the decor is fabulous. The communal spaces are lovely and spacious. My room was small but everything I needed was there. The bathroom is gorgeous. The staff are very friendly and informative. Very close to Tower bridge the location is convenient and historic. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Uniquely styled and well renovated hotel. Rooms have high ceilings and large windows, bathrooms have nice showers and bidet heated seat toilets. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the restaurant as we had other plans but it looks nice.
