Loved and Disappointed. The location was pretty convenience to cross the Thames to get to St Paul church by the Millenniums bridge or a 7 min walk to the Borough market. The amenities were great with the full kitchen, the refrigerator, the dishwasher, the washer/dryer. The lighting wiring was intelligent of light sensors in bathroom and closets, USB outlet for both nightstands. Suggesting posting the basic instructions to run the appliances in the room. I was not familiar with the NEFF appliance that I made mistake to double run the washer/dryer that costed double the time and electricity. Somewhat disappointed with the aparthotel app. Per the website pictures Studio-King bedroom 269 sq ft showed windows with view. My bedroom 106 faced two concrete and wide pillars. The two tiny glass windows, non-openable, allowed some light to the room. The layout was Bedroom-Bathroom-Kitchen; therefore, the kitchen was in the total dark corner. Loved: Location, Modern building, Cleanliness, Smart Electricity wiring, extremely quiet AC unit, Many Amenities, Comfortable Bed, Soft Bath towels, Wi-Fi, the good size Lift, and the Polite staffs. Disappointed: Room size 269 sp ft should be fine if the layout were better; Small glass sections to let the daylight in the bedroom; Had to ask for more toilet paper; Had to ask for detergent. LG TV did not have crystal clear images and was not a smart TV. Perhaps this type of room with full kitchen would be good for guests who use the kitchen more.

Excellent location. Great walkability right on the Thames. They absolutely do not answer the phone and they don’t come clean your room or even empty the trash. But the full kitchen and two bathrooms is a huge perk.

This property is in an amazing location. Borough Market and loads of great restaurants are steps away. The hotel staff is there to check you in and nothing more. It feels more like a building concierge than a front desk. We had a studio and while the room was small, it was nice to have a small kitchen. The bathroom is tiny with nowhere to put your shaving kits and a bad shower. The worst part about this property was the constant slamming of hotel room doors. Day and night. You can handle for a night, but it gets to be unbearable. Poor design and inconsiderate travellers.

Great location right on the jubilee walk ( ok, 100 feet walk). Grocery stores near by, short walk to underground and trains. Next to the Tate Modern. Lots of restaurants nearby. In short, a little gem.

For the price, I really don't think this can be beat. If you don't need daily house keeping and all the amenities of a big brand name hotel, you will not be disappointed. Then apart-hotel was clean, newly renovated, and comfortable. It's missing some basic things like towel hooks and an appropriate outlet in the bathroom, but those are minor details. We also had to ask for extra toilet paper, towels, and paper towels (for the mini kitchen) because they don't stock those items well, but that wasn't a big deal.
