I liked the fresh smell.in hotel upon arriving. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The outside of hotel could have used lawn service because grass needed to be cut

It was a lot fancier than I expected when I walked in. My son was in awe and it smelled soooo good. Only little qualm I had was that I was under the impression they had complimentary breakfast food or bites but they didn't. Thats about it. It was a great stay.

Suggest some more training on customer service to handle check in and check out to match the percieved brand of the property.

Beautiful and fragrant flowers in registration area. Very nice and comfortable room for better price than up an exit.

Dining, bar, rooms and pool are great.
More variety on the gym would be great. They have a machine that does lots of things but if one person is using it, it makes working out pretty limited for others.
They do have many treadmills and DB which was great.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly and as a solo traveler I felt very safe! This will always be my hotel choice whenever I am in the fort worth area!!
