My stay was fine, the only thing that was disappointing was the fact that here we are in swim season and their pool was not prepared, up to use and available. I had actually brought my swim trunks with me and did not get to get in some swimming.

We did not get the room cleaned or clean towels. The room needs to be repaired, the ice machine out side is leaking, the free breakfast did not have coffee as the new machine was missing a part. Could be a nice facility but needs alot of work. Pool was closed so we could not use.

We reserved a non-smoking room. When we entered our room, it smelled of "Hard-Core" Marijuana. It even still smelled like it when we woke up the next morning.

This allows us to try and rectify the situation in a timely manner - in this case, at the very least, we could have offered to move you to another room.
