"Pool was main reason for staying and it was closed. When I asked for accommodations near the pool they did not tell me it was closed but rather we will try to accommodate. Room was musky. Hard to get into for handicap. Bathroom light was like a strobe light and shower was too nasty to even use. The bathroom was the size of a cruise ship bathroom. Terrible experience. "

"We booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed for myself, my husband and 16 year old daughter. First there was no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Had to go down and get some. Then when we pulled out the sofa bed, it already had a used sheet on it that was filled with popcorn. Next, we discovered the shadow of what looked like a dead rodent in th roof of the elevator. We only had two towels. Then to top it off, everytime we left our room, we could not get back in. We'd have to go all the way back to the front desk to get out key fixed. Litterally everytime we left. We ended up checking out on Saturday instead of Sunday. Was a misserable time."

"The room I was assigned had been renovated so it was comfortable, floors had not been properly cleaned, some water was spilled and when i wiped it up the white paper towel turned a light brown. The hallways were old, dated and poorly kept, litter was laying in various spots. No breakfast area, nearest restaurants and gas stations were about 1 1/2 miles away. Hotel was very close to the interstate so it was quite noisy with traffic screaming by all day and night."

"Convenient location, easy parking, good free breakfast. Checking in was quite painful. Took 30 min because there was one person (who was slow) and phones ringing nonstop. Could use a second person to jump in when there is a longline to check in "

"It was great to have a full kitchen with all of the necessary cooking utensils. We enjoyed the fireplace and having control of the thermostat. Our unit seemed to have some water damage on ceilings but everything was in working order. We had another great stay."
