Front desk was very attentive and cordial, rooms were very clean and staff had an outstanding attitude.

My check in was very quick.
Rooms were clean.
However, since its like an open area hotel, meaning you can see all the other floors from the ledge..it could be unsettling and loud as well.

Everything was great but the indoor pool was too cold to swim in

This was a nice place but they charged me an extra 259$ when my stay was paid for already and still have not refunded me
