Heater even turning it up to warm up room to shower didn’t warm up so skipped shower that morning. We’re elders so we like warm before we shower

There is some fantastic artwork displayed in the public areas of the hotel as well as in the rooms. I liked the Tim Hortons coffee in the room as well as the cream for it in the fridge. My complaints about this hotel: 1) The bed was uncomfortably hard; 2) Service in the restaurant was terrible for dinner but was better at breakfast time; 3) Plug-ins were scarce in the room.

Stay was great. Sraff was helpful, courteous.Rooms were quiet and clean. I didnt like the loose sgeet on the mattress instead of fitted, but not an inconvenience. Would stay again. Will atay again.

The facility was conveniently located to the places we planned to visit during our stay. The check-in process was frustrating but overall was a good stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Our family loved playing in the pool area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good clean. We did not have the room cleaned . During our stay. The hotel staff were fantastic with anything we needed. They would bring it to our room right away. They did run out of pillows for the pull out bed.
The only thing we did not like were the amount of children what were up at late hours making a mess of the lobby and gathering around. I guess that could be blamed on their parents.
