Very friendly and professional staff

Good value for money, but the parking situation could be improved. I had to park a few blocks away, which was inconvenient with luggage. The hotel itself was comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, were great, so I would stay again but would plan for parking ahead of time.

Bob (Dung) was very accommodating and facilitated my local tours extraordinarily. He followed up with with me consistently to ensure my stay in Hanoi was pleasant and memorable. Will recommend the hotel to my friends and family so they can enjoy Bob’s impeccable service.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was so outstanding as to be quite memorable. We especially appreciated the speed and ease with which they made arrangements for tours and transportation requirements. The included breakfast buffet was excellent. The only feature that might cause those who are sensitive to it to rate the entire experience as anything less than outstanding is that the pillows are harder and somewhat thicker than most. During my stay, I found the room to be incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. The bedding was top-notch, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's restaurant was a culinary highlight, serving delicious meals that catered to a variety of tastes. The cocktails were equally impressive, crafted with care. A wonderful place for both relaxation and fine dining.

Had the best experience in this hotel. Room was very clean and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Ask for Mr. Wat in the bell service he was helpful and kind. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. This hotel deserves the 5 stars it claims.

Family Suite Room for 3 Our group is well rating this hotel for its value for money, design, cleanliness, location and excellent service. It is within the shopping quarters and very close to the cathedral and the lake making everything around the area mostly accessible. Amazing stay at Bandha Hotel and Suites. It is a beachfront hotel and the street in front of the beach is off limits to cars and motorbikes unlike in the Kuta and Seminyak area. Makes the place more private and safe. Bargain shopping is just a short walk away and there are lots of reasonably priced and decent restaurants around.
