"It's a very well positioned hotel, although its large and very busy. I found the rooms were on the small side but kept very clean. All staff were really welcoming and helpful. It's ideally located around 150m away from the MRT underground, which is a fantastic system. You simply won't find a better and easier way to navigate underground. Overall a great experience."

"I would have given this property a 5 star review except for one thing; the TV. It wasn't a 'smart tv' where I could have logged into my own Netflix and Prime memberships. There were fixed channels and only 3 in English that showed the same thing for days."

"Our stay was wonderful at JEN Tanglin Singapore! We had a really early flight and arrival into Singapore, the staff were able to get our room ready early for us at no extra charge. This was really appreciated as we have a 1-year old that was exhausted from travelling. The hotel was located in a great spot, just steps from Orchard Boulevard MRT station. We decided to take MRT everywhere for our trip and it made it so convenient, cost effective, and time efficient. The room was clean, well stocked with amenities, and it was really easy to order room service or anything else. The bed itself was really comfortable and they also have a pillow menu. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back and stay at JEN Tanglin Singapore again!"
