Dine-in coffee was served in a cardboard cup and the happy hour cocktails came from a can - disappointing.

I arrived to check in at 10pm and despite having “24 hr” reception I (with my sleeping baby in pram) stood outside and pressed the buzzer. No answer. Multiple times. While standing outside I rang the reception phone number. No answer. Multiple times. I finally get into the lobby as another guest swiped in and again multiple phone calls and no answer then finally someone emerges from “the office” not acceptable service

Very dark room for sleeping in with late check out, comfortable bed and lovely accommodating young staff.

The bedroom was average but super quiet which I really appreciated. The location is excellent and the reason I chose to stay a week at this hotel. It is accessible to Southbank, the CBD and all forms of transportation. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
