"Such a cool place to stay with history tied to the Titanic. It was close to the port that our cruise left from. The pub below and the surrounding restaurants were all great as well! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. "

"Sinkbwas blocked when we got to the room, but it was resolved quickly with a new room. Friendly staff, and room was clean. Will definitely stay again."
"We reserved a private room for 2 people with private shower, toilet, sink. No mention of stairs. Also a kitchen for cooking given dietary concerns. When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! It is in deplorable condition, no ventilation. The photos on line are NOT this property or current status! We filed a complaint with Hotels com for a full refund! We do NOT recommend staying here if you can avoid it!"
