Awesome friendly staff. Had one issue with the room that was sorted as soon as we asked. The front desk was very helpful when our booked taxi did not materialize. Good choice if traveling with pets. Highly recommend. Good value for money

This is a basic hotel. The bed, shower and sink are right beside each other and the toilet has its own space. The bed was on the firm side which was fine for us. There is a washer and dryer you can use for a fee. You can walk to several different dining options which was nice. We stayed one night before our cruise and we would stay here again.

The room smelt surgically clean when we arrived but we soon got used to it! It was quite small but you get what you pay for and beds were super comfy. Parking was £12.50 for the day. It's very close to the retail park and West Quay shopping centre, and high street shops. If you want somewhere cheap and clean I would recommend here.

Perfectly practical space! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff! The elevator was small and busy so we often took the stairs. If that’s not an option for you that might be a bummer! Easy 10 minute walk into town. Seemed like easy access to Ubers as well.

For a budget room this was ideal. Compact but clean and comfortable beds. Perfect location as could walk into Southampton centre and the docks. Continental breakfast but enough variety to fill you up. On arrival we was greeted by Simon on reception who was extremely helpful and polite and gave some excellent local knowledge for walks on the docks and other areas, thank you.

The hotel was basic but I suppose it is a budget hotel but the other guests or the assumption they were guests were very unsavoury, felt unsafe, woman in the area has her handbag stolen through force.
