Although I booked via a booking system i was disappointed that they never replied as to weather they have a lift or my request for ground floor room. My mum had a hell of a problem getting up and down srairs

Lovely place but checked out quickly as i was on the way somewhere and running behind with children becoming inpatient. Didnt notice until the evening that i had paid for 2 extra breakfasts costing £30 in total. If staying make sure you check your bill

This place is so beautiful and relaxing. Needed a night to recoup from crazy travel days and then board the cruise. This was perfect! The food was excellent and staff delightful!

We were very pleased with our stay, our room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean which is one of my biggest worries when staying in hotels. The only issue I had was there was no room service available and the restaurant wasn’t open as they had a busy day. We ordered fast food for delivery but I would have much rather of had something from the hotel as I’m sure food there would have been lovely.
Staff were really friendly on our arrival and as we were leaving.
