The only thing that was negative was the uncomfortable bed! We had a room with two single beds and mine was lumpy and uncomfortable!

Absolutely stunning bedroom! Very modern. Clean. Friendly. My partner and I didn’t have high expectations but wow, it was amazing

Comfortable & convenient

Hotel decor is a bit dated but we found it clean and comfortable. On-site restaurant was closed but there are lot of food options round the corner. Very convenient location and free onsite parking.

I wouldn’t stay they again. They show pictures of a spacious restaurant and conference room but omit to tell you it’s all closed because of Covid. One of my worst stays and I e used Hotels.com for about 8 years.

All hotels had to close restaurants and any sort of public stay areas during the pandemic, it was not just us, You had the cheapest room reserved and you did not like it but we offered a FREE upgrade to a new, modern, refurbished Deluxe Room and it took 5 hours to get ahold of you to actually switch your room. If you send a message to say something is wrong and you don't let us help, there is literally nothing anyone can do. We are always willing to help our guests and always try to make sure everyone is happy and that is why most people return quite often. We wish the other hotels you'll be staying at the best of luck !

Great customer service.

The hotel itself was exactly as expected in terms of location and interior, based on the photos available on this website. The room was also mostly very clean, apart from a couple of hairs on the pillows. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. The most notable aspect of my stay thought was that a very raucous couple were in the room below me preventing me from getting to sleep. I went to reception at about 23:00 and the staff were incredibly apologetic, and immediately moved me to a different room free of charge, even coming with me to check that the room was quiet before putting me there.

Great place to stay.

Hotel.com advertised it as breakfast available (at extra cost) but wasn't. Breakfast was a decider for this hotel. Good to have local café nearby. Room was good for 1 or 2 nights but noisy at night.

If people get noisy at night just let the reception team know. Very close to us are 2 huge supermarkets, many diners, cafes, restaurants and bars. The closest one is literally next to us and most are within less than 5 minutes walking distance. During Covid19 we were not allowed to serve food, same as any other hotel, we wish it could have been different. Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us !
