I don't like this place. I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this There's no elevator so we had to drag our bags up to the 2nd floor. It's an old hotel made to look more modern. The bathroom is closet size with the sink/mirror out in the common area. The breakfast consisted of no eggs or breakfast meat of any kind. The only fruit was apples. I won't stay here again. There are much newer places to stay in this area. I went to check out and the front desk was unattended. I left the door keys in a box after standing around for a while waiting for the desk Clerk. I'm not sure there was one on duty. Go elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, constructive. Firstly, you reserved a room on the second floor. Just to be clear, if you were having issues with the stairs, you could have said something to the front desk. It would be a pleasure to switch your room. Descriptive information and pictures of the property are advertised. At times, the front desk has to leave the desk to assist others. We apologize for the inconveniences at check out. For future references, if you have trouble going up the stairs. Contact the resort, just so you know, the majority of the resorts in Cape Cod does not have an elevator. We honor your decision.

The property was fine, except for the excess of chlorine in the spa tub. It was burning everybody’s eyes that no one could stay on it. However the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s nothing like the picture they have on line. No hot food at all. No bacon, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt… only toast, bagels, old fruits, some cheap muffins, coffee, juice and cereal. People had to bring their own eggs if they wanted some… I never saw that in any hotels I’ve stayed. Worst experience!!!

The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet.

A surprising gem! We arrived late in the evening to a full hotel. Check in was good we had reserved 2 rooms. Beds very comfortable very clean. Room overlooked outside pool Grounds are quite nice with beautiful hydrangeas. Breakfast was available but we went out. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby. The best was the indoor pool, and the hot tub. Both are huge! They were fabulous. We didn’t know what time the pool closed, a couple of families came and went while we were there. We were enjoying the amenities when a woman employee came in and was picking up towels that were left on chairs. She never said anything to us. After about 10 minutes of her cleaning up the area, she came over to us and very rudely told us that we needed to leave, that the pool was closed and had been for quite a while and that we should have left a long time ago! Turns out the pool had closed 20 minutes earlier. Ok our bad, we had no idea. There were 5 of us, adults, and we were very quiet. We were actually relaxing in the hot tub after a very long day of walking. We felt the way she spoke to us very very inappropriate. As I said, we were very quiet, not rowdy or destructive, and adults. A simple “pool is now closed” would have sufficed. Kind of erased a lot of the niceties of the place. Needs updating, but overall a pleasant surprise!

The room was very clean and nice. The bed was soft and comfortable. I was there in the winter, and the heater was either too warm or chilly, not comfortable. I was disappointed by the breakfast, just cereal, mini-bagels and waffles. Also there is no elevator at this place so if you get a 2nd floor you have to carry your bags upstairs.

Thank you for staying with us. This is the type of room that you reserved. If we knew that you would have a hard time going up the stairs, we would switch to your rooms. We are not having a hot breakfast. That is the main reason why we advertise continental breakfast. We appreciate your feedback.
