last minute cancellation without explanation

We regret that you feel unhappy about trying to book a stay here at bamboo - belize with your son it was brought to my attention that the booking was canceled on the same day you requested a room on January 13th your request was received @ 1:21pm Your reservations were canceled @ 10:42pm January 13 the same day .
The explanation was as follows :
“ Hello Andrew Thank you for choosing Bamboo-Belize . We regret to inform you that due to restrictions imposed by the BTB due to Covid we are unable to hosts guests at this time . Thank you for your consideration “
We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention we are working to improve our response time at this extremely remote location 14 miles offshore of the coast of Belize

My experience was phenomenon, the food was outstanding, varied and delicious every time. The cabana was comfortable and large, should be called a cabin. The beach at the end of the island was picturesque, the service's vary depending on your ambition, Ricci annd Ampara have a very thorough knowledge of all aspects of their resort and especially the area and everything that it offers the visitor. They are running a really cool campground and if you want to unplug and enjoy belize at its best, this is the place. Ask questions and come prepared, flashlights, solar chargers and lots of bug spray and sunblock.

Un accueil familial dans un cadre idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la vie marine. L’equipe est aux petits soins, la nourriture très bonne et variée. Possibilité de louer des kayak. Très bon site pour le snorkeling.
