Worst customer service , we had checked in super late from a long day of traveling the lady had told us we would be able to have a late check out in the morning the front desk lady kept calling with an attitude saying we had to be out and gone (mind we didn’t care to pay a late fee we just wanted to rest ) when I went downstairs she’s talking to all the other workers with attitude about us just horrible. Place was cool but those ladies made it an unpleasant stay

Husband stayed here for a business event and had a wonderful time! He said his hotel room was very clean and the staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great experience, especially for the price!

The property is in a good area for restaurants, shopping and is a great central area for going to Tempe, Scottsdale, ASU etc.
